Yup just hand making things in Webflow for now. Will probably automate at some point with zapier or something similar.

consider using smaller thumbnails for those books (the site uses 8.8MB of bandwidth just to load those book covers)

Nice! I love local bookshops and anything that supports them over Amazon is great. I plan on getting “Evicted” and and “Streetfight” based on your recommendations too, thanks for making this site!

by supporting indie bookshops, do you mean the “yearly faves” account on bookshop? that is a clever way to get people to buy through your bookshop account, but also whack and misleading

Well, initially I built this with Amazon affiliate links but then realized I'd like it to spread the word about Bookshop.org which supports independent retailers instead!
