So I wanted to try out CoderByte as an assessment platform for my team, but my account was banned. I was directed to their FAQ page which I found kind of shocking: https://help.coderbyte.com/knowledge/why-is-my-dashboard-loc...

Some reasons for a ban?

- "You organization trialed.. a subpar platform instead like Devskiller, TestGorilla... It indicates poor decision-making and we only want customers that execute good judgement."

- "We do not... engage in.. conversations about GDPR or security".

So, if anyone in your entire organization used a competing product, you're cut off? We can't have a discussion about pesky issues like GDPR, how personal information is used, security, etc? Because? That stuff is just... bad?

Another awful practice: I clicked to sign up, but need to contact support to cancel.

Eek. I'm at a loss for words.
