C# Math.Sqrt is slow on 12 core AMD it was destroyed by mobile CPU Intel (old.reddit.com)

Correction: checking x%y==0 is slow, not Math.Sqrt

Would be neat to know what's causing the perf gap, but thread is mostly people posting their numbers & some people pointing out that Sqrt isn't the hotspot & some "benchmarking is hard" rambling
