If I read the post correctly, is the poster saying that the big issue is the Apache HTTP webserver is vulnerable? As far as I understand it, Apache webserver is written in C, while log4j is a Java library / framework, so I don't see how the two are related.
Still a pretty big deal with a lot of java-based web services (including some other Apache software) open to the web in various forms (which possibly use log4j) but the specific HTTP webserver itself I think is unaffected, or is my understanding off here?
(edit to add - probably means though that there's now tons of curious developers scouring the logging layer of their favourite software to see if similar exploits exist).
