How to track thumbs or buttons with Google Analytics or other analytics tool?

Hi! I have a website like youtube and I would like to track the thumbs or buttons. I'm currently using Google Analytics but it only tracks pages not the buttons inside the page, I can't install a tracking code to each button because there are over 300,000 thumbs I would like to track. What can I do?
