Ask HN: Open-source GSuite/Groups management tools?

I remember reading about some python/perl tools that allowed one to easily manage GSuite accounts ( add/delete, suspend, delete users, manage group memberships ) from a command line.

I have spent some time Googling and cannot find anything anymore.

What do you use for this?
