Google Play has suspended my account for months

So, I uploaded some apps through fiverr gig and as I had no source code of the apps or I didn't develop them myself, I was unaware of some things that were incorporated in the app itself. A morning, a mail came from Google saying that your dev account has been suspended and will not be re-instated. I tried to make multiple requests/appeals but it seems like those are getting reviewed by some bots and now I can't even register a new one because they will ban that too (as mentioned in their email). I even submit all the docs of fiverr and the person who gave me those apps to submit and mailed to google. What else can I do to uplift the ban ?
