These companies have over a million dollar profit to employee ratios, still underpaying :)

Profit ratio is ~450k per employee (which is still a hefty number). Revenue is where you get the ~1m per employee numbers.

Why is it private information? .... asymmetric bullshit only serves the ones running the game.

My company has 5 tiers of salary and everyone knows what everyone makes.

It's not leaked if the employees volunteered their own information with the intent to share.
