Actual title: "Leaked Salary Spreadsheet Reveals Microsoft Employee Earnings for a Second Year"
I imagined something completely different from 'sharing their salaries'
I didn't see a link to the actual spreadsheet
It's actually a good idea that more employees should do, to make sure they aren't getting shafted by the company they work for. It's long been a foul game, where various biases and prejudices of management and ownership leads to unequal pay for the same work.

As an employee, if you find out that you are not getting equal pay and compensation to those doing the same or equivalent work, it will let you know it's time to keep interviewing with other companies. As you interview with other companies, you now know what to aim for. Then it can be all "fun and games", when you tell the company that has shafted you (with a big smile on your face), that you are giving them the minimum notice that you will be leaving for elsewhere that pays better.

Should have (2020) in title to indicate that this is from last year (September 2020)
