Was there some sort of AWS network blip today?

Noticed this issue around 20:15 UTC to 20:45 UTC.

However _nothing_ showed up on AWS status etc, so I'm wondering what's the common thread here.

Posting this on the odd chance that _someone_ else encountered something similar!
