I’m in the preliminary planning stages of starting a new software development company and wanted to see if any of you nice folks had suggestions or tips for doing so?
Stay away from consulting/building custom software - you might have to do it in the beginning to get funds, but aim to be a product company as soon as possible (saying so because you said software development company vs. software company.)
If you’re focused on being a development shop then your concern is how to get clients - nothing else matters more.
