I get the feeling that generationing is an extremely extremely niche thing, perhaps in terminology exclusive to R986 and his social circle, and then the rest of this is just assholes who don’t tell their sexual partners about having STDs

And people who choose to have unprotected sex with people they can’t trust, without taking the available medication that will prevent you from getting infected.

The abstract is very different from the content: having and wanting unprotected sex in spite of living with HIV is not the same as having sex with the purpose of giving HIV to another person.
