Chat 3rd Party Service

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend me a 3rd party chat tool/service on cloud that I can integrate and use within my application?

The application will be done in java or .NET, still not decided.

I know it's a broad question, but just wandering if anyone have any recommendation.
