TikTok tops Google to win Cloudflare’s 2021 traffic ratings (theregister.com)

I have to admit I wasn't aware tiktok was that popular. But then again, tiktok is a video app where most users skip videos often. What counts as "one traffic"? Why is Microsoft in #4 of top traffic (who is visiting Microsoft.com and why?).
