Are Americans less likely to reply to emails from Black people? (pnas.org)

They tested this by sending a survey questionnaire to random people.

I don't care who you are, I consider that a request to mine me for my data. I do not participate in survey requests from anyone.

Perhaps all this is showing is who is more willing to give up the time to take the survey and their private information?
