We often hear about how immigrant entrepreneurs constitute such a big part of the US economy.

And yet the path from the most common working visa (H1B) to become an independent creator is only really viable for those that have VC funding and can apply for an E2 or O1.

Are there no Indie Hackers or Bootstrappers on an H1B?
