This is a good way for them to dogfood their own service (no pun intended). Though I wonder if the employees could just order lunch through the service, claim the order for pickup, then simply dine out to count for their turn.

Might work, if they are guaranteed to be the pickup driver, by logging in next to the store?? - dunno how the economics fits?
