Ask HN: Is there a universally accepted reference for mathematics terminology?

Context: I stumbled upon this link[1], which I bookmarked almost ten years back. Reading that made me wonder what the standard reference is, for mathematics and its definitions.

For a programming language, you can refer to its specification or source code. For weights and measures, we have the SI system. What is there for mathematics?
