Summer 2011 YC company seeks CoffeeScript drinking engineer (Chicago)

We're an un-announced YC company that's dragging online advertising into a better and brighter future. The company is profitable, growing fast, and solving fun problems along the way. Our current fun problem is recruiting, we need sophisticated (and classy!) engineers to help us get more done. Read on for the tech world equivalent of a personal ad:

If you love coming up with ways to make users smile and have the technical chops to put your ideas into action, we want to talk to you. You'll be most effective if you're familiar with and excited about the various levels of frontend tech, including client scripting (we use CoffeeScript) and the magic that gets things in front of users (we use Rails/Node.js). Design talent and good ideas about big data visualization (d3 is fantastic) are especially cool.

Our stack is modern, shiny, and backed by a MongoDB/Redis combo handling several million events per day. We do automated deployment because people should see features while they still smell nice.
