Did you just get logged out? (Edit: Nope, just me)

Was just browsing and the top bar suddenly turned orange (I use a custom colour) about 5-10min ago.

My first guess (hope?) was that something just got restarted or flushed.

I've never known Chrome on Android to abruptly forget session cookies in the middle of browsing, so...

Fingers crossed this isn't due to a data leak somewhere. (Yes, I know I need to set up a password manager. Working on it...)

FWIW, what actually happened was that my finger slipped and triggered a page reload (thankfully not while commenting... that's happened a couple times ._.), cue "wait wat oh no" moment...

Note to self/for record: I just turned my computer on the next day and found myself signed out. "!!!"ing I checked a spare phone I'm always signed in to HN on, and found myself signed out there too.

I'm still signed in on the phone I was using last night.

So this looks like some sort of "sign out of all accounts" thing happened, which I don't think could be connected to a password breach. Whew!

I just found myself logged out of 2 of the 4 places I usually use HN from. Found this thread in the search so I figured I'd mention it.
