People who speak like this, do they even write or work on software or is it just shilling for consulting jobs in big companies? Most people i know who bang on about Agile crap couldn't write a hello world

Missing a 2014 in the title, by now, after 8 years since the article was published, the prediction has failed.

I doubt this prediction, especially in the case of startups, when you need to launch mvp in 2-4 months. The use of tdd in these cases will lead to the fact that the launch is significantly delayed and the money will run out, the business will be unsuccessful.
