I'll read that as "this guy is getting too close to the truth."

The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference. It's telling that people see the need to run and criticize what others are saying. If their ideas are so ridiculous that should be apparent on it's own and not require someone rushing in to summarize how bad the article is, no?
I mean ... the article says we should care about our neighbors, food/water/energy sources, and potential financial/political instability. Seems like pretty sensible advice to me, even in the best of times.
