Note, there are some strange comments about how "these big banks own the New York Fed". Here [0] is an article talking more about that. Keep in mind: the banks are investors in the regulatory agency that oversees them - the banks have skin in the game, the banks buy shares which are non-voting shares, the banks can place members on the board of the fed - which is different than "owning" the fed
All in all, this site appears to use inflammatory language and doesn't look too credible, buy ymmv
