Since the link is just to the user's profile, I think this needs a bit more context to justify the submission title. I.e. how do I know/verify this is 'a fake GitHub user'?
Agree. I mean a quick glance looks suspect but I’m not about to start diving into their activities and repos to see if I think it passes muster.

I am just wondering what is the added value of such post here at all. Should HN be policing GitHub users?
