I realise the Sun is not famous for responsible journalism.

Posting the name, feature list, and price of a specific malware tool in an article targeting non-technical readers is downright reckless though.

It reads like an ad.

I never store passwords anywhere - not for security reasons, but because I inevitably end up forgetting my passwords that way. If I type them in each time I log in, I remember them.
This doesn't really work when you have to remember 200+ passwords
So, this isn't really a warning against using browser password stores. Rather, it's a warning against getting infected with malware that can read such things. No malware, no problem.
