Do any AOL Mail developers read HN?

The un-read message counter for the spam folder stopped working in early October 2021. What is a reasonable expectation for the time to fix this sort of problem?

I have used @verizon.net email addresses for nearly 20 years as a DSL or Fios customer.

Currently, I use the AOL Mail website to access my accounts so that I can see what emails end up in the spam folder.

So, I have to use the AOL Mail website in order to see the spam folder and I have to open the spam folder to see if there are any unread messages.

Is there anything preventing you from forwarding that email to somewhere else or collecting it via a third party client?

The 5 @verizon.net email address were used by my family over 20 years, but none are used as a primary address.

If AOL\Yahoo marks a message as spam, I'm not sure that it will forward. I'll give it a try. Thanks.
