Advice for starting a new role as Senior PM?
What should I aim to do in the first 30/60/90 days?
I would love to hear advice from these 3 lenses specifically:
1. Rapport & credibility building in a remote-first world.
2. Finding the balance between learning the ropes vs. proposing my own ideas.
3. Identifying the specific needs for which the team felt the need to hire a PM in the first place.
My background: - 3 years as a PM @ a large company having launched 3-4 products and their enhancement features - 2 years as a developer in the same company
