NPM package FakerJS with millions of weekly downloads hacked (npmjs.com)

Faker was a package to generate fake data. For example you could do "faker.internet.email()" and it would generate some email address to use. From the package's original description

It appears the git history has been overwritten entirely.

I don't think it is hacked, but erased by the author deliberately.

It is NOT hacked. It is intentionally deleted by the author.
