When the cells get tricked into creating the spike protein from the vaccines why don't those cause blood clots? Is it certain pieces of the spike that get created or something?

Are there any papers on that?

According to the study it seems that only the s1 part of the spike protein causes these effects.

I wonder why the s1 part is separating from the rest of the virus spike?
