Ask HN: How to convert summary to text with OpenAI?

Hello! In OpenAI playground there is an example that writes the continuation of a given text, also a text to summary tool. But I want it to capture the "ideas" in the text and add more words to them. I think if it's already trained to make a summary, it should also do the inverse process. Or do I need to train it for that?
