This is hilarious! How is that possible? it looks like coordinated large scale actions on a network -- but I'm no expert and I have no idea what I'm looking at really.

What's going on here?

They are announcing and withdrawing different prefixes at different times
How did they avoid getting dampened with all that flapping though? This is the most meta crop circle level hackery ever. Where do I send my hat?
The withdrawals happen about 3ish days after announcement... this isn't flapping imo.
The smallest "pixels" are 8 hours long, but that's still long enough to not be considered flapping.

Not wasting. They are obviously unused blocks allocated to them.
