Lenovo announces an ultrawide laptop with an extra screen (arstechnica.com)

Looks neat, but I recall when I had an old beefy Dell with a full size keyboard having the keys offset by the numpad was really awkward, as the screen isn't directly front of you. As a lefty, I would at least want to see a swapped version.

Looks maybe good for art and graphics, but I imagine your hands would feel terribly cramped when coding

Remove that second screen, centralize the keyboard, deck it out with tons of i/o and storage and cooling, then I may be interested.

Honestly, I wish Apple would bring back the 17 inch chassis with a 5k screen and tons of i/o etc. They could keep it super thing by virtue of its wideness I think and it would just rule.
