In clockwise from top left: input, wireframe, textured output, normal map. Sliders to right changes parameters such as art styles, shapes, shadows, rotation. Author seems to be a developer behind an easy-to-use humanoid 3D model making tool VRoid Studio, says the work is a personal hobby project.

What I feel interesting is semantic connection I can see, that contrasts geometric disconnection that are obvious, between top left and bottom right. In my opinion, this short video summarize syntactic aspects that many anime-style style transfer glosses over.
