Would it be possible to integrate this into Godot. I'd like to have an alternative to Unity, but I really need an editor to get anything done.

Godot has 3D support built in. How would this project help?

More broadly, what makes Godot in its current state unusable for your needs?

I want to use Nim.

As is , Nim already supports a bunch of different scripting languages.

There's literally a Nim plugin for Godot, commercially shipped games using it, and Nim compiles to C so it's easy to use it with Godot with or without bindings.
