Back to work after a nice vacation

back to work after 15 days all these days no scrum, meeting it was so peaceful. what are some of the hacks that i can reduce my anxiety of what would something go wrong? what my manager talks about my pending tasks, thinking of all worst scenarios that may or may not happen.
