Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a big update to the AddToTheList app/website I've been working on.

The biggest features are tracking seasons/episodes of shows you watch and Search Party.

Some of the newer features:

* Add season/episode tracking for shows.

* Watch Next queue has been added for episode tracking so you can easily log episodes as you watch them.

* Episodes can be rated, recommended, and messaged to friends.

* Per Episode views have been added to show more details about each episode as well as for easier tracking.

* Reviews can now be written for specific seasons or episodes.

* Search Party! You can now create a Search Party to find out what movie/show to watch in your group. Just start your search party, set your filters, share the link with your friends and start swiping! You can invite friends via the share link even if they are not users on AddToTheList.

* Add Stop Watching button for shows to remove it from the Watch Next queue and stop new episode notifications.

* Movie tracking is more uniform with show tracking now as well and you can see how many times you've watched a movie on the title view itself.

* You can now log movies and shows multiple times on the same day.

* Improved search.

* And much more including already present features like where to watch any movie/show, see what your friends are watching, see when titles are coming to/leaving streaming services, notifications for when your tracked titles come to your streaming services, personalized stats, etc.

iOS app is also available: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/addtothelist/id1534984221

That's cool that you can use this to keep track of when new episodes/seasons air. With so many different streaming services, it seems nice to keep track of the shows you watch in one place.
Yeah that's the goal! Especially helpful when certain shows change streaming services, or if you stop watching a show for some time, this can help with keeping track of where you were. And the Watch Next queue will show you the next episode to watch as you log them or when new episodes air.
How does this compare to yidio? I find yidio out of date / wrong a lot of the time for shows I am trying to find.
Oh interesting. I don't think I've heard of Yidio. But AddToTheList gets a lot of data from TMDb (The Movie Database) which is very well maintained and crowdsourced. So it will be up to date and mostly correct.

From a brief look at Yidio, some differences are that AddToTheList is more friend focused. You can add your friends, see what they're watching, their ratings, recommend each other titles, chat with them even. You can also write reviews, comment on reviews, and you build up a watch history as you watch which will lead to interesting personalized stats pages. Check out this one here for example: https://www.addtothelist.com/user/gogetakame/stats/2021

There are a lot of other features too on AddToTheList like Search Party, what's coming/leaving streaming services, notifications for when a tracked title comes to your streaming services, episode reminders, watch next queue, create multiple lists. Just to name some.

Hope you'll check it out!
