Even if they were vaccinated, they could still spread the virus, so what difference does it make? They should all be routinely testing and wearing N95 masks around these immunocompromised children regardless of vaccination status.
Clickbait, the non vaccinated persons evicted are his parents who don't want to be vaccinated. One can argue that the parents don't care about other people living in the RMH that could get infected by them.
