Things SpaceX did in their filings are often prosecuted as felonies when mature companies do those things.
Will SpaceX rely on the "ooh, we didn't know, or even know enough to hire anybody who would know" defense? Or will it be "DoD cares about us, so will twist arms on our behalf"?
They really had no need to build their factory and launch site dead in the middle of a nature preserve. Its only advantage over someplace between there and Corpus Christi, that I see, is that there was already a road to the beach.
What kind of things did they do in filings that are often prosecuted as felonies? The article was hard to get through the speculation and a lot of sources consisting of links to their own tweets to find exactly what crimes are being alleged.
I have no first-hand knowledge: I am just going by what ESG, who does have experience with EPA and related filings, explains. So, for more detail, read there.
I don't know what happens with fraudulent environmental impact filings in a nature preserve, or how people like the Kochs succeed in weaseling out of them. What happens with SpaceX should be instructive. I imagine most other violators try not to attract attention.
As I said I can't figure out exactly what crimes it is he is alleging have been committed.
You have, and you know of other companies who have done the same thing and been prosecuted with felonies. I am very interested to know what activity it is you're talking about and what these prosecutions are.
The link is right there. Has been all along, still is. Actions speak louder than words: that you have not bothered to read proves all we need to know about your intentions.
So far you are batting 0/5. I believe you can do better, but could be mistaken in that.
It's unfortunate seeing esghound linked here. The person is a well known troll of Musk companies and has a vendetta against them with a huge axe to grind.

I am not going to copy and paste from there to here.
