Moonlight vs. Streetlights: Exploring the Differences (methowvalleynews.com)

I rather like the idea that streetlights should be more like moonlight. Also they shouldn't be much brighter than a full moon. The slope of the light cone should be 45 degrees so the lamp won't dazzle me.
