There's thousands of shitty landlords in NY, try something more meaningful this just comes off as vanity.

edit: and by do something more meaningful i meant, activism to fight against all the poor landlords or something, rather than just this ego project.

I would try to sever any relationship with the author of this site as well. He's toxic. Granted, his landlord is not an angel either.
If you aren't heard you are have no chance of wrongs against you being fixed if you are loud enough to be heard you are "toxic".

His landlord isn't "not an angel" He is a criminal whose persistent crimes against his tenants aren't sufficiently punished to stop him continually committing them for decades.

The only logical thing to suppose is that fines for some degree of noncompliance ought to continually increase to the point its impossible to continue breaking the law without having the government come take your building and sells it to someone who at least has a chance of doing a better job.

There's no reason both the landlord and the tenant can't both be in the wrong.
