Adblocking does not constitute copyright infringement, court rules (torrentfreak.com)

I found that to be an interesting read. They tried to argue that it was infringing on copyrights because it changed code, which it does not. But the court further went on to say if they ruled against adblocking it would encroach on peoples rights when viewing sites (like choices to reduce bandwidth use, etc).
