Am I the only person to whom significant portions of this sound like complete nonsense?

> We are realigning the Talent business to focus more on customer employer branding and company awareness needs, and moving away from job slots and direct hiring. This will tie the product closer to what we offer through Stack Overflow Advertising [...]

I have no idea what "customer employer branding" and "customer awareness needs" are. I don't understand how this is a "realignment" of the talent business -- it seems like it's an abandonment of it.

> how can we leverage our unique position to solve real, meaningful problems for our users and customers?... the talent acquisition space is not one where we have a strong competitive advantage

A significant portion of the world's developers are visiting your site every time they're looking for answers to technical problems that may come up daily and that's not a competitive advantage?

Every time I've gone on the job market in the last decade+, I've looked at jobs on stack overflow. Nowhere else has delivered me more interviews with places that I'd plausibly want to work.

This has to be some weird fallout from last year's sale, right?
