Thanks for this sharing this article! Much of it is really about alternative framing to take away the moral connotation of particular actions, which is I believe is helpful for self-conscious individuals, including men.
My current workplace is staffed with mostly women. It's the most toxic, political, cutthroat environment I've ever worked in. It's an anecdote, I know, but I keep the infra running and don't talk to anyone unless I have to. Rumors spread like wildfire and petty revenge and getting thrown under the bus is rampant.
I find the insinuation that men are somehow creating office politics to be complete nonsense. It's just shitty people in power being shitty people in power. As if women are somehow more civil. Fuck that.
