Ask HN: How to Repair Chrome's Bookmarks?

I have lots of bookmarks and folders in my Chrome browser. In the past I was able to easily reorder them, drag and drop from address bar to folder, or between folders, etc. But now it's not working, and the whole bookmark manager is unusable.

Is there any solutions for this?

Preferably to repair in the Chrome itself, or maybe to add some extension.

In the worst case I'd like to export bookmarks to some external bookmark manager.
