Great write up! I am also a mobile developer (mostly Android but lately Flutter) and I'm also in a position where I am learning full stack the hard way (for my business idea).
I think a mentor or a network of people that knows their stuff is most valuable at the beginning since I find it easier to ask someone specific question rather that search the internet and go down the wrong rabbit hole.
