Google abandons FLoC, introduces Topics API to replace tracking cookies (theverge.com)

5 lots of 350 topics. 350349348347346 is still 5.10361951 × 10^12... I'm sure there would be some uneven distribution, and ofc the birthday problem/effect has a impact.

That said, this sounds far better than FLoC. I wouldn't mind this.
