This is an article in a journal called "leadership quarterly" concludes that "agreeable people can be 'effective' leaders .." Can the conclusion in the abstract be any more vague and inconsequential?

One can simply scan (for instance) "the atlantic" journal to find dozens of articles mourning/contemplating/characterizing the shadow of today's funding scheme of academia and the incentives that are put forth which as a side effect reduce signal/noise for a society. Such articles (if not the entire field of study which is posing as science instead of philosophy) is a point in case. That is the only thing I am able to take from this ...
