OK who is feeding consipiracy theories to GPT-3 now?
This document looks like a moderately careful forgery intended for political purposes. Or,it could have been written by a member of the military who spent too much time watching FOX News.

Uh, yeah, that is the correct question. What possible reason would _every government in the world_, including China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and plenty of other not-on-board-with-the-US governments, decide not to go publicly with well known and widely available treatments, if they worked? It seems, uh, implausible.

Uh, yeah, that is the correct question. What possible reason would _every government in the world_, including China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and plenty of other not-on-board-with-the-US governments, decide not to go publicly with well known and widely available treatments, if they worked? It seems, uh, implausible.
