Is WordPress Hacked?

When I try to send wp an email request for help, the wp help popup acts erratic. It's unusable. When I try to send in feedback, I find garbage Russian.

Also what WordPress? .com .org, WP VIP or some self-hosted instance?

UPDATE - WordPress 5.9 is out before few hours and this caused some issues on some sites.

Most likely, you are "hacked". Check your browser extensions etc.

I think you shouldn't use HN for tech support and hire a proper web developer to help you. Check upwork.com or freelancer.com to hire someone to clean up your likely-injected site.

My aren't you a pain. I'm not using HN for support. I'm asking for news as to wether WP is hacked because I can't get through to wp.

Twitter would probably be a better source of in-the-moment news if wp was “hacked”.
