Ask HN: How do I get better at my PMM role?

Using a different account than my normal.

I'm looking to solidify processes and improve my skill set. (B2C startup, small-mid size.) Would love any general or hyper-specific advice from experienced PMMs on g2m strategies, establishing new marketing channels for a product, etc.

Also, if any PMs want to weigh on making PM <--> PMM relationships more effective, I'd like that too.
